Hi. I must say, after almost 2 years of pain in my heels, your video about correct toe position is helping more than anything. I began trying to look up YOGA exercises for plantar fasciitis and found you guys by mistake. I have been trying to stretch my toes for a while now, but getting a lot more proactive since I am feeling some relief. I have bunions as well, so I really want the Correct Toes you have, just unemployed right now. But thank you for the information about the way our toes are at birth and how this society, because of the shoes we wear, has caused us all these problems. I feel a glimmer of hope now that I may be able to heal my feet. Thanks.

Is there a directory of podiatrists who follow a natural approach to foot care? I’d like to find someone in my geographical area.

Hi, Robin,

Thank you for your comment. Please check out this list of providers to see if there are any in your area:

Most of these healthcare practitioners have at least some familiarity with natural foot care principles and approaches.

Just ordered Correct Toes and Lems Primal 2 shoes! I have been in pain and suffering from plantar fasciitis for over 20 years. I’m so excited to try these shoes and toe spacers to correct my flat feet, and I hope to be pain-free soon!

I purchased two sets of Correct Toes quite some time ago. I also always wear Injinji toe socks and Lems shoes. So, the Correct Toes work great, EXCEPT when I am at home, wearing no shoes and only Injinji socks with Correct Toes. The problem is that the spacers slowly shift forward as I walk in the house and then pop off. How can I get my Correct Toes to stay in place when I am not wearing shoes? Thanks!

Hi, Walter,

Thank you for your comment and question. One thing that we’ve found to work really well for the issue you’re describing is to loop two thin velcro straps through the cavities of the device and then around your big and little toes. This should keep the spacers in place when you wear them on your bare toes or over your toe socks. This image provides a visual demonstration of what I’m talking about:

I hope this info helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

All best,
