Natural Footgear offers a money-back guarantee on most* products. You can return your footgear at any point within 30 days after you receive it for a full refund, provided it's in its original, unblemished condition (i.e., shows no signs of use) and is returned with all original packaging.
Correct Toes is an exception to this rule and can be exchanged or returned within the 30-day window even if the device has been modified or altered in an attempt to achieve an optimal fit. We also offer a 90-day materials warranty on Correct Toes if the product breaks down under athletic use.
All returns and exchanges are processed by us at Natural Footgear. To inquire about a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@naturalfootgear.com or exchanges@naturalfootgear.com, and we will provide you with complete instructions on how to send back your footgear. For returns, we will refund your credit/debit card (minus shipping fees) within 5 business days. Please note that many banks take an additional several days to post the refund to your account.
