Natural Footgear offers standard shipping through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Once we receive your order and it ships out to you, we’ll send you an e-mail that contains your tracking number. Please note that the electronic tracking info associated with USPS shipping is sometimes delayed for several days, so don’t worry if you can’t track your package within the first 48 hours after placing your order.
Please note that Natural Footgear is not responsible for parcels that are damaged in transit or that have been lost, misplaced, or damaged after having been successfully delivered (based on USPS' electronic tracking information).
Natural Footgear believes that everybody should have access to the finest natural footgear on the market, which is why we ship to almost every country via USPS. Please note that some international orders (especially those containing shoes, boots, or sandals) may require several days of processing time before shipping out.
Please also note that, if you are having footgear shipped to a location outside the United States, it is your sole responsibility to adhere to and pay any additional customs fees your country may add or require. Customs fees may vary based on the weight, size, or cost of your package.
We do our best to ensure the successful transfer of footgear from the United States to international destinations, but all international customers must understand that once their parcel enters the mailstream, we cannot be held accountable for any damages, losses, or undelivered packages.
Returns and Exchanges
Natural Footgear offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products (some conditions apply). If you’re not satisfied with your footgear, send your gear back to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping fees) or exchange. We also offer a 90-day materials warranty on certain types of footgear (shoes, Correct Toes) if this gear breaks down under athletic use.
If you would like to exchange your footgear or have your purchase refunded, send us an e-mail message at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, respectively. We'll provide you with instructions and a mailing address for shipping. We'll notify you via e-mail when your parcel arrives at our facility and then again after we send out your new product(s) or process the returned item and issue your refund (please note that shipping fees will not be refunded). All items must be returned in their original, unblemished condition and with their original packaging. Important Note: Items returned to us with visible wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For returns, we’ll credit your money back within 7 days of receiving your returned items. Please note that both U.S. domestic and international customers will be responsible for the shipping fees on all returns.

For exchanges of the same product (U.S. domestic orders only), we’ll ship you your new footgear free of charge (allow 7 to 10 business days) after we receive your exchange item (you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning your original item(s)). If you would like to exchange your gear for a completely new item (different model, color, etc.), you will be responsible for all shipping fees. International customers seeking to exchange a product(s) will be responsible for all shipping fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide Natural Footgear with an address that's deliverable with USPS. In a situation in which we receive a parcel back at our facility that's marked "Undeliverable," we will refund the customer for their order but not for the shipping fees. To re-ship, customers will need to place a new order on the site using a deliverable address.
