If you are 65 can you still straighten the toes?
Hi, Denise,
Thank you for your message. The ability to restore proper toe alignment depends on many factors, including tissue composition and adaptability, the degree of deformity the toes have undergone, how regularly you practice natural foot health principles, etc. If you can manually straighten your toes (i.e., if they haven’t become rigid), you stand an excellent chance of improving toe alignment and foot function (as a general rule). Everybody, regardless of age, responds differently to natural foot health approaches.
Kind regards,

I have had my Correct Toes, Lems Boulder Boots, and Injinji toe socks for over a year now. Today I was walking upstairs and my knees didn’t hurt! My hammertoes are also much better. It seems as though the footgear is correcting all my foot and toe problems.
Hi, Jeanmarie,
