I naturally roll OUT, placing stress and pressure on the 5th metatarsal and knife-edge of the foot. Would Correct Toes help with this? I have seen many doctors and so far, no relief. Everyone wants to prescribe custom orthotics.

Hi, Jen,

Thank you for your comment and question. Correct Toes is helpful in stabilizing the foot and ankle, period, and so whether your issue is excessive pronation or excessive supination, it’s most likely that you will notice a positive change after adopting Correct Toes.

Please let us know if you have any further questions we can assist with!

Hi there. I’m wondering if I can wear the toe spacers at the same time as the metatarsal pads. My second question is: When is it okay to wear only the big-toe spacers instead of the full toe spacers? Thank you!

Hi, Luisa,

Thank you for your questions. Some answers for you:

1. Yes, you can wear the toe spacers at the same time as the metatarsal pads. In fact, doing so can have synergistic effects in building a stronger, healthier, and more aligned foot. This goes for both stationary metatarsal pads (such as Pedag metatarsal pads) and mobile metatarsal pads (such as Strutz Pro foot pads).

2. To better understand when it makes sense to using the big-toe spacers vs. full toe spacers, I recommend that you check out this article from our Popular Q&A blog: www.naturalfootgear.com/blogs/popular-q-a/when-is-it-best-to-use-a-single-toe-spacer-vs-a-full-toe-spacer.

I hope this info helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

All the best,
Marty Hughes, DC
