An Attractive Minimalist Casual Shoe for Everyday Use
The Xero Kelso is an attractive minimalist casual shoe that you can use as your go-to footwear for just about any outing. The comfortable Kelso, a fresh take on the classic court shoe, possesses a sleek, full-grain leather upper with soft suede accent panels and pinhole vents, as well as a moisture-wicking lining that helps keep your foot cool and dry. The Kelso’s durable FeelTrue rubber outsole incorporates a herringbone tread pattern that offers you excellent grip on a variety of surfaces. Use this foot-friendly shoe for around-town activities, or for tennis or other court sports.
Numerous Built-In Beneficial Design Features
The Xero Kelso has a number of built-in beneficial design features, including its wide and anatomical toe box that provides plenty of room for your toes to splay. The completely flat sole from heel to toe and the low overall stack height of the Kelso help ensure that your foot can function in a natural way, sensing and feeling the ground as you walk and move about your day. Also, the Kelso's flexible 6.0 mm sole helps you build a stronger foot and a more stable ankle with each and every footfall, and its midfoot tension straps provide you with a secure and personalized fit.
Accommodates a Variety of Other Helpful Footgear
The versatile Xero Kelso works great in combination with a variety of helpful natural footgear, including Correct Toes toe spacers, to help restore optimal toe alignment and rehabilitate your foot. Other footgear that pairs nicely with the Kelso includes Injinji toe socks, Pedag metatarsal pads, and Naboso insoles. In order to best accommodate this helpful footgear, and in order to realize the maximum benefits of this foot-health-positive shoe, we recommend removing the Kelso’s included (optional) insole. Each lightweight Xero Kelso shoe weighs about 10.5 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Xero footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.

To get the most out of your Xero Kelso shoes, the manufacturer recommends that you order your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a men's US size 11 shoe, consider ordering an 11 in the Xero Kelso.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Xero customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the shoe, we suggest removing the included (optional) shoe liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe. Optionally, and to enhance balance, posture, agility, and general foot/body awareness, you might consider adding thin, flexible Naboso insoles instead.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes. -
