A Double-Sided Insole for Maximum Versatility
Naboso Duo insoles are double-sided, offering variable foot stimulation depending on your needs, preferences, and degree of readiness. One side of the Duo insole incorporates a more moderately stimulating texture that works great for those just getting used to proprioceptive insoles or for athletes and active individuals looking to optimize performance and prevent injuries. The opposite side of this versatile insole, which can be trimmed to fit just about any shoe, provides a higher degree of foot stimulation and works well for frequent wearers of minimalist footwear and those who want to experience even greater activation of the foot and nervous system.
Comfortable, Flexible & Foot-Health-Positive
Naboso Duo insoles are thin enough to work with most types of footwear, and you can simply flip them over should you require a different level of foot stimulation. These comfortable insoles promote better foot awareness, help improve balance, enhance stability during various activities, reduce the risk of falls and injuries, and improve overall posture and alignment—the latter of which can alleviate strain on your joints and muscles. With a 3.0 mm overall thickness, Naboso Duo insoles are also highly flexible, encouraging your foot to function in a natural way, enhancing the quality of your footfalls, and potentially helping to prevent common foot-related issues over time.
Thoughtful Design & Construction, Easy to Maintain
Naboso Duo insoles are made of 100 percent food-grade, closed-cell silicone, which is non-toxic and odorless. These thoughtfully designed and constructed insoles contain no BPA, latex, lead, or phthalates. Easily washable in soap and warm water, Naboso Duo insoles are easy to maintain and care for, and they also work well with a variety of other helpful footgear for synergistic foot health benefits. You can pair your Duo insoles with Correct Toes toe spacers to improve toe alignment and help boost foot and toe circulation, and you can use them inside men’s or women’s foot-healthy footwear to help rehabilitate your feet and build a more functional foot and musculoskeletal system. For those who want a bit less stimulation, these insoles also work well with Injinji toe socks.
Note: Naboso Duo insoles provide Moderate to High-Level Stimulation. For Maximum Stimulation, you might consider using Naboso Neuro insoles.

The manufacturer recommends the following in terms of sizing:
Shoe Size Small Medium Large X-Large US Women's 5-7.5 8-10.5 11-13.5 - US Men's 3-5.5 6-8.5 9-11.5 12-14 EU 34.5-37.5 38-42 43-45 46-48.5 We have found that, to better fit the shape of the footwear we feature on the Natural Footgear site (especially the wider toe boxes), it can be helpful to go up a size to get a bit more material to work with—for trimming purposes—at the ends of your toes, especially if your shoe size is at the mid to upper end of any of the size ranges shown above.
