Wide Toe Box, Flexible Zero Drop Sole, Barefoot Feel
This minimalist, Mary Jane-style shoe, which includes an adjustable velcro strap, fits snugly around your heel yet offers an abundance of space for your toes to splay. The toe box of the Ananda Ballerina is among the most generous we have seen, and the flexible zero drop sole helps enable natural arch support. This barefoot dress shoe for women allows your foot to function the way nature intended.
Works With Correct Toes & Other Beneficial Footgear
The Ahinsa Ananda Ballerina is Correct Toes compatible and works well with other helpful natural footgear, including Injinji toe socks, Pedag metatarsal pads or Strutz foot pads, and Naboso insoles. This combination of products can be helpful for a variety of foot problems, such as bunions, crooked toes, ball of foot pain, and plantar fasciosis. Each Ahinsa Ananda Ballerina shoe weighs about 4 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Ahinsa footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.
