An Eco-Friendly Minimalist Performance Shoe
The Lems Primal Eco is an environmentally friendly performance shoe that possesses a zero-drop platform, anatomical toe box, and highly flexible outsole. Built with both foot comfort and musculoskeletal health in mind, the versatile Primal Eco includes up to 50 percent recycled materials in its upper, making it a great choice for those who prize sustainability and foot-conscious design. You can use this minimalist shoe as a casual option for around-town adventures, or you can don it for your active outdoor pursuits, including (but not limited to) walking, hiking, running, and gym workouts. Given its lightweight and compact nature, the Lems Primal Eco also makes for a great travel shoe that will serve you well on your romps afield.
Wide Toe Box, Level Sole, Durable Materials
Constructed with a durable outsole that confers excellent ground feel, the Lems Primal Eco sports a supple upper and a generous toe box that affords your toes ample room to splay, which helps enhance balance, prevent overpronation, and ensure your foot functions the way nature intended. The Primal Eco’s flat and flexible sole offers your foot a stable platform upon which to operate and promotes higher-quality footfalls and a more balanced gait. With welded features that strengthen the eye-stay, thoughtfully selected materials that reinforce the shoe and boost its longevity, and mesh paneling that enhances breathability and ventilation, the Lems Primal Eco is a prime example of foot-friendly functional footwear.
Works Well in Combination With Other Footgear
Thanks to its accommodating nature, the Lems Primal Eco pairs nicely with a wide range of other essential footgear, including Correct Toes toe spacers, which help align your toes with their corresponding metatarsal bones and reduce the likelihood of common foot and toe problems. The Lems Primal Eco also works great in combination with Injinji toe socks, Pedag metatarsal pads, and Naboso insoles for synergistic foot health benefits. Other footgear that you can use alongside the Primal Eco to strengthen and stabilize your foot and lower leg includes Blackboard training tools, Human Locomotion training tools, Zensah compression sleeves, and the Naboso Neuro Ball. Each lightweight Lems Primal Eco shoe weighs about 9 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Lems footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.

To get the most out of your Lems Primal Eco shoes, the manufacturer recommends that you order your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a women's US size 8 shoe, consider ordering an 8 in the Lems Primal Eco. If you are between sizes, order up to the next available size.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Lems customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the shoe, we suggest removing the included (optional) shoe liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe. Optionally, and to enhance balance, posture, agility, and general foot/body awareness, you might consider adding thin, flexible Naboso insoles instead.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes.
