A Foot-Healthy Athletic Shoe That Helps Build Strong Feet
The Xero HFS is a foot-friendly athletic shoe that helps you build strong, healthy feet and encourages lower body freedom of motion during active pursuits. Touted as a road running shoe, the minimalist HFS also works great for a variety of other athletic endeavors, including walking, hiking, tennis, squash, racquetball, pickleball, gym workouts, and fitness classes of all kinds. Thanks to its great versatility, and thanks to its attractive design, you can use the HFS as a casual shoe for trips about town as well. Due to its lightweight and compact nature, this shoe is also great for traveling.
Anatomical Toe Box, Flexible Sole & Upper, Low Stack Height
The Xero HFS possesses a number of design features that allow your foot to function as nature intended, including its flexible upper and ample toe box—two inclusions that help ensure your toes have plenty of room to splay. The flexible sole and the low overall stack height of the thoughtfully-designed HFS promote optimal agility and ground feel, and the zero drop platform of this vegan shoe helps activate natural arch support while stabilizing your ankle in weight-bearing situations. Also, the adjustable instep and midfoot straps of the HFS allow you to achieve a secure and personalized fit.
Can Be Used in Conjunction With a Variety of Helpful Footgear
Thanks to its wide, anatomical toe box and accommodating upper, the Xero HFS works great in combination with Correct Toes toe spacers for most sets of feet. It also pairs nicely with other beneficial natural footgear, including Injinji toe socks, Pedag metatarsal pads, and Naboso insoles. Use the comfortable HFS along with this collection of helpful footgear to restore optimal toe alignment and improve your musculoskeletal function and well-being. Each lightweight and breathable Xero HFS shoe weighs about 7.0 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Xero footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.

To get the most out of your Xero HFS shoes, the manufacturer recommends that you order a half-size up from your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a men's US size 11 shoe, consider ordering an 11.5 in the Xero HFS.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Xero customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the shoe, we suggest removing the included (optional) shoe liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe. Optionally, and to enhance balance, posture, agility, and general foot/body awareness, you might consider adding thin, flexible Naboso insoles instead.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes.
