A Comfortable & Lightweight Athletic Shoe for Women
The OESH La Vida v2.0 is an athletic shoe created for women by a woman. Harvard medical doctor and researcher Casey Kerrigan designed these comfortable and lightweight shoes from the inside out to prevent the kind of foot and knee problems many women experience with conventional athletic shoes. This shoe is built to accommodate women’s relatively narrower heels and wider forefeet.
Responsive Sole, Wide Toe Box
The patented and proprietary non-marking OESH® sole, which is sustainably made in the US, is responsive to posture and movement and offers excellent traction and stability. The OESH La Vida v2.0 has a wide toe box that works well in combination with Correct Toes and other natural footgear, including Injinji toe socks and Strutz foot pads or Pedag metatarsal pads.
Can be Used for a Variety of Activities, Lightweight
Perfect for running, walking, hiking, dancing, and other athletic activities, the OESH La Vida v2.0 can also be used as an everyday, casual shoe. Each OESH La Vida v2.0 shoe weighs about 7 oz.

Note: Sizing varies between brands and sometimes even between different models of the same brand. What follows is the sizing information specific to the OESH La Vida v2.0.
The OESH La Vida v2.0 runs a ½ size small. We suggest buying a ½ size larger than your regular running shoes. For example, if you normally wear a women’s US size 8 running shoe, we recommend ordering a women’s US size 8.5 in the OESH La Vida v2.0.
Note: Consider removing the included (optional) shoe liner to create additional roominess (in terms of both height and width) within the shoe. Removing the OESH La Vida v2.0’s liner can also make it easier for these shoes to accommodate Correct Toes as well as feet that are wider or possess a high instep. Removing the liner does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe and may, in fact, improve foot comfort.
