A Foot-Healthy Dress Shoe Designed for Women
Designed by Harvard medical doctor and researcher Casey Kerrigan, OESH Elite dress shoes are made specifically for women. This shoe possesses a full-grain leather upper and patented OESH® sole, and it's designed from the inside out to prevent the kind of foot and knee problems many women experience with conventional dress shoes. It’s also designed around a woman’s foot, which has a relatively narrower heel and wider forefoot.
Zero Drop Outsole & Wide Toe Box
Styled after a traditional clog, the OESH Elite has numerous beneficial design features not seen in conventional clogs, including a completely flat sole from heel to toe to enable natural arch support and a toe box that’s widest at the ends of the toes to allow for natural toe splay.
Significantly Lighter Than Conventional Clogs
This shoe, which works great in combination with Correct Toes, Injinji toe socks, and Strutz foot pads or Pedag metatarsal pads, is also 40 percent lighter than conventional clogs or comparable dress shoes. Each OESH Elite dress shoe weighs about 10 oz.

Note: Sizing varies between brands and sometimes even between different models of the same brand. What follows is the sizing information specific to the OESH Elite.
The OESH Elite runs a ½ size large. We suggest buying a ½ size smaller than your regular dress shoes. For example, if you normally wear a women’s US size 9 dress shoe, we recommend ordering a women’s US size 8.5 in the OESH Elite.
Note: Consider removing the included (optional) shoe liner to create additional roominess (in terms of both height and width) within the shoe. Removing the OESH Elite’s liner can also make it easier for these shoes to accommodate Correct Toes as well as feet that are wider or possess a high instep. Removing the liner does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe and may, in fact, improve foot comfort.
Note: Because of the clog-like design of the OESH Elite, some folks might benefit from combining these shoes with tongue pads to keep the feet rooted in place.
