A Foot-Healthy Minimalist Boat Shoe
The Lems Mariner is a full-grain leather minimalist boat shoe that can be used in a variety of casual settings. Possessing a wide toe box for natural toe splay and a completely flat sole for natural arch support, the Lems Mariner encourages optimal foot form and function while simultaneously looking stylish and attractive.
Lightweight Design, Comfortable Upper
With its lightweight design, comfortable upper, and flexible rubber sole, the Mariner is the perfect shoe for outings around town or for light outdoor activity. The Mariner works best (and allows maximum room for optimal toe splay) when worn on bare feet and without the included (optional) insole. This eye-catching casual shoe can be easily stowed, making it an excellent travel companion.
Works Great with Other Natural Footgear
The Lems Mariner works great in combination with Correct Toes, Tuli's heel cups, Pedag metatarsal pads or Strutz foot pads, and Naboso insoles to help prevent or address a number of common foot and toe ailments. Each Lems Mariner shoe weighs about 8 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Lems footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.

To get the most out of your Lems Mariner shoes, the manufacturer recommends that you order a half-size larger than your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a women's US size 8 shoe, consider ordering an 8.5 in the Lems Mariner.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Lems customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the shoe, we suggest removing the included (optional) shoe liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes.
