  • A Minimalist Sandal for the Outdoor Inclined

The Luna Leadville Trail is a lightweight, minimalist trail sandal that forms to your foot and offers excellent ground feel. The Leadville Trail possesses a durable 11 mm Vibram Newflex outsole and works great for all sorts of active outdoor pursuits, including hiking, trail running, camping, watersports, and other activities. This vegan sandal, made in the USA and designed for the rigors of the trail, can also be used for in-town purposes, including for urban strolls and outings with family and friends.

Wide MGT Footbed, Flat & Flexible Sole

The foot-healthy Luna Leadville Trail incorporates a number of key design features that promote optimal foot form and function. The MGT (Monkey Grip Technology) footbed of this accommodating sandal offers your foot a wide platform on which to operate and plenty of room for your toes to splay unimpeded, which is what nature intended. A flat and flexible sole, along with a low stack height, makes the Leadville Trail an excellent choice for all those seeking to build stronger, sturdier feet.

Works Well With Other Helpful Footgear

The secure strapping system and the grippy footbed of the airy Luna Leadville Trail keep your foot firmly rooted in place and allow for a more primal “barefoot” experience, as well as the opportunity to connect more fully with nature. You can also pair these versatile sandals with other helpful natural footgear, such as Correct Toes toe spacers, Injinji toe socks, and Pedag metatarsal pads, to rehabilitate your feet and restore optimal foot health. Each Luna Leadville Trail sandal weighs about 5.5 oz.

Note: If you are new to using Luna footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.
