A Versatile Minimalist Shoe for Everyday Wear
The Lems Primal 3 is a versatile and attractive shoe that is completely flat from heel to toe, widest at the ends of the toes, and supremely flexible in the sole. Profoundly comfortable, the foot-friendly Primal 3 works great in a variety of settings and circumstances, including outings around town or for athletic activities such as walking, hiking, running, and gym workouts. You can wear this healthy-foot-shaped minimalist shoe with just about anything (including jeans, shorts, and casual dresses), and thanks to its lightweight and foldable nature, you can easily stow this shoe in your pack, making it an excellent travel companion for excursions both near and far.
Wide Toe Box, Zero-Drop Sole, Low Stack Height
Constructed with vegan materials, the Lems Primal 3 incorporates a soft and accommodating upper and an ample, anatomical toe box that offers your toes plenty of room to splay, the way that nature intended. The Primal 3’s flexible, zero-drop, and air-injected rubber sole provides your foot with an ideal platform upon which to function, promotes foot and ankle stability, and helps enable natural arch support, while the lightweight design and low overall stack height of this shoe encourage quiet and conscientious footfalls and a more optimal gait. Durable, breathable, and ready for action, the Lems Primal 3 is a great option for those seeking healthier, happier feet.
Works Great in Conjunction With Other Footgear
The Lems Primal 3 works well in combination with a variety of other natural footgear. The generous toe box of this foot-health-positive shoe can, for most sets of feet, easily accommodate Correct Toes toe spacers, especially if you remove the included (optional) 4.5 mm insole. You can also use the Primal 3 in conjunction with Injinji toe socks, Pedag metatarsal pads, and Naboso insoles for synergistic foot health benefits. Additional footgear that you can use alongside the Lems Primal 3 to strengthen your feet and improve foot resilience includes BlackBoard training tools, Human Locomotion training tools, Zensah compression sleeves, and the Naboso Neuro Ball.
Note: If you are new to using Lems footwear, we recommend that you start in slowly, gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.

To get the most out of your Lems Primal 3 shoes, the manufacturer recommends that you order your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a women's US size 8 shoe, consider ordering an 8 in the Lems Primal 3. If you are between sizes, order up to the next available size.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Lems customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the shoe, we suggest removing the included (optional) shoe liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the shoe. Optionally, and to enhance balance, posture, agility, and general foot/body awareness, you might consider adding thin, flexible Naboso insoles instead.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes.
